Pidilite Q1 Results FY 2026: Pidilite Industries Limited, a manufacturer of adhesives, sealants and construction chemicals, on Wednesday announced its financial results for the quarter ended Jun 30, 2025. Pidilite Dividend 2025 Announcement, Pidilite Bonus ShareThe Board of Directors in its meeting held on August 6, 2025 also approved the issue of 1 fully paid bonus equity shares of face value 1 for every 1 fully paid equity share of face value 1. The company has also declared special interim dividend of Rs 10 per share.Pidilite Dividend 2025 Record DateThe record date for determining the eligibility of members entitled to receive the special interim dividend is Wednesday, August 13, 2025.
