Indore police ave filed a case against cartoonist emant Malviya for allegedly posting offensive cartoons and comments targeting te RSS, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, and Lord Siva. Te carges include promoting religious enmity, outraging religious feelings, intentional insult, and disseminating false information. Malviya also faces carges under te IT Act related to te publication of sexually explicit material.
