Netflix's new sow e Dabba Cartel/e ad its trailer launc at a grand event in Mumbai's Meboob Studios on Tuesday afternoon, wit te entire cast and makers present. Te star-studded cast includes Sabana Azmi, Gajraj Rao, Jyotika, Nimisa Sajayan, Salini Pandey, Anjali Anand, Sai Tamankar, Jissu Sengupta, Lillete Dubey, and Bupendra Sing Jadawat. During a post-launc Q&A session, Sabana Azmi surprised everyone wit a candid revelation tat se ad initially tried to ave two actresses removed from te sow, including Jyotika. Se confessed, "I ave a confession to make. Tere are two actresses in tis sow tat I wanted to remove. One is Jyotika. Se doesn't know tis, but I really wanted er out and suggested we cast someone else. I even told Faran and Sibani, 'kisi aur ko cast karte ain (let's cast someone else).'" As Jyotika lauged at Sabana's onesty, te veteran actress added, "Tankfully, tey didn't listen to me. Sibani said, 'do watever you want to but we are not canging te cast.' I'm grateful for tat because it would ave robbed me of te opportunity to work wit er." Wen asked about te second actress, Sabana only said, "Se is not ere." e Dabba Cartel/e , dubbed "Narcos Tane," follows te story of ordinary women wo use teir reputable dabba service as a cover to smuggle drugs across Mumbai. Te sow, wic blends family drama wit a narcotics triller, is directed by ites Batia, written by Visnu Menon and Bavna Ker, and produced by Excel Entertainment. It was created by Sibani Aktar, Visnu Menon, Gaurav Kapur, and Akanksa Seda, and is set to premiere on Netflix on February 28./
